Eikosi Dyo delivers to the countries mentioned above, shipping by DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE. To find out about the charges according to your geographical zone and shipping time, please refer below.
Product shipped within 5-7 business days once payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from our website as soon as you have placed your order.
Orders are processed from Athens in Greece. You will be notified via email when your order will be dispatched with tracking information for your package.
Shipping times usually depend on the delivery address, from 1 to 6 days
Eikosi Dyo offers shipping charges for any order equal or up to 300€ in countries of European Union and over 500€ worldwide
All of our deliveries are insured no matter the transport company or the value of the order.
For deliveries to countries outside of Europe, the French VAT (20%) is automatically deducted and you will not be charged for it either at the check out. Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or taxes of State may be due.
The costs and taxes related to the delivery of an item are not billed by, EIKOSI DYO jewellery is not responsible for payment of this duty, but are dependent on and borne by you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Your satisfaction is of great value to us.
All goods may be returned for a refund or exchange; in accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen (14) days from the date on which you receive your order to request a return. The jewellery must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn including their original packaging. Any jewellery returned damaged will be sent back to the client.
In accordance with article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer must return the product within fourteen (14) days of notification of his/her return.

We will refund the cost of the item(s) less our delivery charge once the goods are returned. In case of an exchange, we offer free shipping for your new order.
In the case of a refund you will be credited directly to your bank account or PayPal account depending on your original method of payment. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 days to complete following the reception of your return.
Please note: you will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us and we suggest you use a secure delivery service which requires a signature for proof of receipt.
An email will be sent to you confirming that your purchase has been refunded.
If an order is received damaged please do not accept the delivery. If you realize that an order is damaged after opening the parcel, please photograph the damaged item immediately and notify us as soon as possible. Please note that we insure all orders against damage during transit. No reclamation will be accepted after 3 days.
Please note, that international custom charges, duties and sales tax are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
In the event that the return of the product by the Customer is due to an error by the Website, such as a product missing from the order, a non-compliant product or a manufacturing defect in the product, EIKOSI DYO undertakes to refund, in addition to the purchase price of the product, the shipping costs incurred by the Customer for the delivery of the product.
The Customer must report the error by email to email@example.com within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the order.
When a ring is re-adjusted on a specific size on demand, any jewellery has been modified especially for you, or any particular design made on demand, it becomes custom made and it is not returnable and not refundable.
In accordance with article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, items made to measure (Special Orders) can not be exchanged or refunded.
